Are you a hands-on marketer ready to step up and take ownership? We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to drive both strategy and delivery across digital campaigns, brand awareness, and lead generation. You’ll manage our SEO, PPC, and PR partners while creating and executing marketing activity that delivers real results.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, web, social, content)

  • Manage and hold to account external partners (SEO, PPC, PR) to drive results

  • Write and develop content, briefs, and creative that builds our brand and engages prospects

  • Track and report on marketing performance (CPA, leads, engagement, traffic)

  • Work closely with Sales and wider teams to align activity with business goals

  • Own the website content and optimise for user experience and SEO

  • Keep us on top of marketing trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to improve

  • Contribute to shaping marketing direction, while delivering on the day-to-day

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a hands-on marketing role with growing ownership

  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and external partners end-to-end

  • Strong digital knowledge (especially SEO, PPC, content, email)

  • Confident copywriter with a creative eye and attention to detail

  • Data-driven, results-focused, and commercially aware

  • Self-starter ready to take the lead and grow with the role
