Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Account Manager, where your relationship-building skills will shine! We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic professional with experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services) to manage key provider, payer, and client relationships. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our accounts, nurturing strong partnerships that focus on satisfaction and retention. Your knack for understanding client needs will be crucial as you monitor service utilization and address any concerns that may arise. Compliance is key, so you'll ensure all accounts adhere to Medicaid, OPWDD, and other regulatory demands. Our collaborative environment means you’ll work cross-functionally with clinical, billing, and operations teams, making sure everything runs smoothly for our clients. You’ll also be tracking KPIs and generating insightful reports to guide leadership on account performance. If you’re equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field, and have 3–5 years of experience in healthcare account management, particularly in ABA or HCBS, we’d love to hear from you.
