*Job Description:*
We are seeking a knowledgeable and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services), and related programs, and will be responsible for managing key provider, payer, and client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and driving long-term growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including provider agencies, payer partners, and families
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, retention, and alignment with service goals
  • Monitor client needs and service utilization, proactively addressing any issues or concerns
  • Ensure accounts remain compliant with Medicaid, OPWDD, and other regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, billing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership on account performance
  • Educate clients on new services, programs, or changes in healthcare regulations and policies
  • Assist in onboarding new clients or referral partners, ensuring a seamless transition into services

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, business, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare account management, with a strong background in ABA, HCBS, or OPWDD services
  • Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and HCBS waiver programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
