Your passion for e-commerce means you stay updated on the latest trends and best practices, always looking for ways to innovate and improve the customer experience.  


You are a key part of the E-commerceProduct Design team, responsible for producing impactful e-commerce user experiences across the Getty Images and iStock websites. You will play a critical role in optimizing  the end-to-end customer experience across plans and pricing pages, search results pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows. By leveraging data, user research, and design best practices, you will help drive conversion, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. 


Your Next Challenge:
  • Design, prototype, and optimize user experiences across key e-commerce touchpoints, including plans and pricing pages, asset detail pages, search results pages, and checkout flows. 
  • Collaborate closely withProduct Managers, Developers, Researchers, Content Designers, and Marketers to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver impactful solutions. 
  • Clearly present and discuss your work with stakeholders, translating brief objectives and company goals into effective solutions  
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and time time constraints. Getty Images and iStock brand guidelines are implemented consistently across all channels   
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems. 
  •  Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve our customer experience. 


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or another relevant field   
  • 3–5 years of design experience, preferably on an ecommerce team  
  • Have an available online portfolio 
  • Advanced knowledge of the Figma product(design systems, auto layout, prototyping) 
  • Experience packaging design files for front-end development team 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality of work  
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills  
  • Understanding of creative project management tools such as ClickUp, Wrike, Workfront, or Asana  
  • Dependable, positive, open-minded, and be able to clearly articulate your design choices to creative and non-creative stakeholders   
  • Receptive attitude to feedback and a strong attention to detail 


Nice to Have:
  • Experience in reporting and analytics, such as understanding of A/B testing and knowledge in key metric identification for driving performance  
  • Background or interest in photography  
  • Background or interest in AI 


$85,000 - $105,000 a year
The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $80,000 to USD $90,000 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future.
