Houston-based Group 1 Automotive, Inc., an international, Fortune 250 automotive retailer and a leading operator in the automotive retailing industry, is seeking an experienced Field Human Resources Manager. This is a key Human Resources role, positioned to support our growing footprint of retail automotive operations and collision centers located in Dallas, Lubbock, and Shreveport. Working closely with the field operations team to include the market director and the dealership general managers, this position will directly support approximately 1,500 Group 1 employees. The position can be based in Dallas or Lubbock, Texas, reporting to the Regional HR Director - West Region and will supervise a team of HR Generalists.
