Ensure supplier compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 quality management standards by developing and executing both virtual and in-person supplier audits, establishing clear audit criteria to assess whether a supplier can be a long-term quality partner.
Develop and operate the quality assurance process for Atlas, Hadrian’s build-to-print subcontracting operations.
Define and implement the review process for customer quality documents (E-Certs), ensuring compliance with quality clauses and terms on POs before supplier shipment approval.
Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), Material Certifications, Dimensional Inspection Reports, and other AS9100-required aerospace quality documents.
Guide Hadrian’s product/software teams in developing in-house tools to streamline capturing, reviewing, and approving supplier quality documentation.
Verify that all customer flow-downs are properly included on the purchase order from Hadrian to the supplier.
Leverage strong expertise in aerospace CNC machining to assess supplier capabilities and quality practices.
Build and scale the supplier quality function by establishing structured processes, hiring/developing a team of specialists, and implementing continuous improvements to ensure quality at scale.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives in supplier quality operations.
Lead efforts to enhance supplier partnerships, ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded.
Required Qualifications

Experience working with engineers and product teams to define software requirements, build digital workflows, and develop internal tools from the ground up to streamline quality management processes.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret supplier performance data to drive improvements, predict quality issues, and optimize processes. Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies, control charts, and other statistical techniques to monitor and improve manufacturing quality. - Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Understanding of how quality requirements tie into supplier contracts, with experience influencing terms to ensure long-term quality and performance.
