  • Ability to design, standardize, and implement supplier quality workflows that scale with business growth. Able to define corrective/preventive action plans, introduce automation, and continuously improve quality assurance processes.

  • Experienced in collaborating with product and software teams to define system requirements, ensuring in-house digital tools effectively capture, review, and approve supplier quality documentation.

  • “Builder” mindset, capable of establishing a structured supplier quality function, hiring and mentoring a team, and scaling processes to drive long-term operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience auditing suppliers is a plus, and a certification in auditing from a certifying body is a plus.

  • Experience working with engineers and product teams to define software requirements, build digital workflows, and develop internal tools from the ground up to streamline quality management processes.

  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret supplier performance data to drive improvements, predict quality issues, and optimize processes. Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies, control charts, and other statistical techniques to monitor and improve manufacturing quality. - Six Sigma certification is a plus.

  • Understanding of how quality requirements tie into supplier contracts, with experience influencing terms to ensure long-term quality and performance.
