About the Role

You will join the Operations Team at a pivotal moment of scale. As our first HR Apprentice, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our ambitious growth by contributing to both recruitment and daily operations. You will be exposed to a wide range of topics, from talent acquisition to HR tasks and daily operations and help build a world-class team across France, Switzerland, and the US.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – Focus Sourcing

  • Identify, engage, and qualify top talent using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.

  • Support the creation and publication of job descriptions.

  • Manage our candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Generalist Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Help maintain employee records and documentation.

  • Contribute to the organization of internal events, training initiatives 

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of daily workplace logistics and office management, maintaining a productive and engaging work environment.

  • Assist with administrative & legal tasks related to HR tools, contracts, payroll, benefits and performance tracking.

Candidate Requirements

  • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Tier-1 Master’s program with a focus in HR, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.

  • Interest in Talent: Strong interest in recruitment, HR and operations in a fast-paced, technical environment.

  • Autonomy & Rigor: Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in French and English.

  • Tools: Comfortable with spreadsheets, ATS/HRIS tools, and sourcing platforms.

  • Mindset: Collaborative, humble, and eager to learn; no task is too small.

  • Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives.
