About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team! As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective therapists, identifying and qualifying leads before handing them off to our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). You’ll work closely with two ISRs, helping build pipeline, engage potential customers, and set up high-quality opportunities that convert into closed deals.

We’re currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a BDR, you are essential in nurturing relationships with prospective therapists who are seeking ways to enhance their practices. Your knack for connecting with people through engaging conversations via email, phone, and LinkedIn will come in handy as you identify and qualify leads. You'll collaborate closely with our talented Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to set up meaningful opportunities that lead to successful onboarding of new clients. You’ll be skilled at understanding each prospect's unique challenges and how our all-in-one financial back-office can provide tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach, managing your leads within HubSpot, and utilizing sales enablement materials to maximize conversion rates. At Heard, we value ethical practices and cultivate a supportive environment where you’ll be encouraged to learn and grow continuously. If you’ve got at least a year of experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role and a passion for helping professionals achieve their business goals, we would love to hear from you! With a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $30,000 a year, plus an enticing variable pay structure, this role is perfect for someone looking to advance their career in the SaaS or fintech space while making a real difference in the lives of therapists.
