At Heartbeat Health, we're on the lookout for an innovative VP of Client Growth to join our mission-driven team! As a venture-backed health tech startup, we're reshaping cardiovascular care through cutting-edge solutions that enhance how cardiac conditions are detected and treated. In this remote role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts, really digging deep into their business goals and industry challenges. Your knack for identifying growth opportunities will be key as you lead the development of tailored growth plans and client KPIs to drive account expansion and increase patient volumes. Collaboration is at our core, so you'll work closely with customer success, clinical, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs. With at least 7-10 years of experience in sales or account management, and a strong understanding of healthcare dynamics, you’ll build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite executives, helping them realize our value proposition.
