What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in gaming, skill gaming, or consumer-tech
  • Experience with mobile-first products; deep understanding of mobile UX and game loops
  • Strong understanding of game economies, player motivations, and monetization models
  • Proven track record of owning products from concept to scale – ideally 0→1 and/or 1→10 growth phases
  • Sharp instincts for product prioritization; a bias for action and ruthless focus
  • Strong grasp of user funnels, retention, engagement, and LTV
  • Ability to translate business goals into product outcomes
  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, data)
  • Experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and analytics tools
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with distributed teams
  • Bonus: Experience working on products for U.S. users or familiarity with the U.S. skill/casual gaming market

What You’ll Do 📲

  • Own the product vision and strategy, working closely with leadership to define long-term goals
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing speed with quality and user delight
  • Define and track key success metrics – retention, ARPU, conversion, engagement, and more
  • Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver seamless, fun, and engaging gameplay
  • Launch new features, iterate quickly, and use data to optimize performance
  • Design and refine monetization systems, bonus mechanics, and in-game economies
  • Identify and resolve user pain points – make the experience frictionless
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth to support user acquisition and reactivation campaigns
  • Drive experimentation at scale – from onboarding flows to rewards systems
  • Stay plugged into U.S. gaming and real-money trends; bring fresh ideas to the table
