Summary
As the People Operations Leader at Hummingbird, you will set the strategic direction and oversee the execution of key HR functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability. This role is responsible for developing policies, frameworks, and strategies for employee lifecycle events, benefits and compensation, first-level employee support, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with Finance to ensure HR processes are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with budgetary goals while driving operational excellence to support a growing workforce across all 50 states.Responsibilities

FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: Starting at $179,000 - $233,000 per year less statutory deductions
Work Location: This position is remote. You must work from a location within the United States with consistent internet service.
Travel: 2-3 times/year for company events
