Intersect has been a fully flexible workplace since its founding in 2016. We’ve been very intentional about the way we do things. We connect as a team at our Team Week experiences four times a year and at our recently established Hub locations - SF Bay Area and San Diego, CA; NYC Metro Area, NY; Denver, CO; Austin, TX; Calgary, AB; and Toronto, ON.
We are currently seeking candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in-person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.
About This Position
The Manager, Advanced Monitoring & Automation will lead the strategic direction, development, implementation and maintenance of monitoring, automation, and analytics systems critical to the operation of our renewable energy assets. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, driving performance optimization through data automation, real-time monitoring, and in-depth system analysis. This role will work closely with the Performance Engineering team and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Site Operations, Asset Management, Compliance, and Trading.
Overview of Department
The current operations team consists of Operations, Asset Management, and Compliance professionals with over 4GW of operational experience. The Operations team works closely with the Development and Construction teams to bring Intersect Power’s pipeline from concept to operations remaining involved throughout the project lifecycle. The Intersect Power operations team is expanding to support the growing fleet moving into operations over in the near term.
