Job Description

Reporting to our VP, Investment Analytics, you will create impact within our Investment Analytics which is part of our Paid Media capability.

Investment Analytics is responsible for end-to-end data support on our Paid Media clients, from backend data automation and visualisation to creating custom measurement solutions and insight-fuelled reporting.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Be a Data Storyteller: Turn complex data into clear, applicable insights that influence media strategies and lead client success.
  • Shape Measurement Strategy: Design and deliver Measurement Frameworks, Learning Agendas, and Testing Plans that help clients understand the impact of their digital marketing efforts.
  • Lead Client Relationships: Engage with senior stakeholders, lead multi-market pitches, and build trusted, long-term partnerships by aligning data strategy with brand and our goals.
  • Drive Smart Reporting & Insights: Oversee media reporting, ensuring it delivers meaningful, actionable insights that address clients' challenges and support their growth.
  • Champion Data Automation & AI: Lead the team in setting up ETL processes and creating automated dashboards, staying at the forefront of AI and measurement best practices.
  • Allow Holistic Media Planning: Guide the implementation of Media Mix Models to inform cross-channel media strategy and increase performance across the entire customer journey.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence with experience working with Paid Media data
  • Experience managing people or teams, or in a leadership capacity
  • Fluency in digital media platform data and reporting including DV360, SA360, Google Ads, Meta, GA4
  • Experience working with data automation (i.e. SQL, Python) and data visualisation (i.e. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience building Measurement Frameworks, Learning Agendas and Testing Plans to create an advanced data strategy for client performance measurement and reporting
  • An expert in the use of data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies
  • You generate unique ideas and pushing the agenda on innovative or experimental approaches that progress our clients marketing practices
  • Experience working in close collaboration with multi-disciplinary team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions
  • Experience working in a dynamic industry, adapting and integrity to navigate unforeseen challenges
