For the past six years, we’ve been a trendsetting beauty brand on Amazon, evolving from microblading to beauty masks that our customers can’t get enough of. Our products have created viral moments on TikTok and Instagram, and we’re just getting started!

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, goal-oriented Amazon FBA Operations Manager to lead our brand's accelerated growth. This role is a unique chance to significantly contribute to evolving our 7-figure brand to even greater heights.

Reporting directly to the founder, you will:

🚀 Manage & Mentor – Lead our virtual assistant team, supporting daily operations across inventory, design, and PPC (bi-weekly meetings with PPC team, ensuring they hit KPIs and consistently optimize performance).

🛠 Streamline & Scale – Develop and refine scalable processes and SOPs to ensure operational excellence, as well as building the team by hiring more.

🆕 Innovate & Launch – Drive new product research, development, and launches, working closely with our sourcing team.

🔍 Optimize & Test – Work with our graphic design team to A/B test listing keywords and images, leveraging tools like Helium 10, DataDive, Scale Insights, DataRova, and Amazon reports (POE/SQP).

⚠️ Troubleshoot & Resolve – Collaborate with Amazon Support and Brand Registry to fix listing and account health issues.

📊 Analyze & Improve – Deliver performance reports with actionable insights to fuel continuous improvement.

📦 Coordinate & Optimize – Work closely with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels and enhance inventory processes.

Your initial weeks will include an onboarding process, introducing you to the brand, niche, goals, and team. Once you're fully onboarded, you'll start managing your first projects and handling the day-to-day operations within the business.

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week,  with core working hours from 10am - 2pm AST core working hours

Reference Checks 👥: Please note that we conduct comprehensive reference checks as a key component of our recruitment process.

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ A minimum of 3 years' experience in effectively managing and expanding Amazon FBA account(s) through the Amazon Seller Central platform.

✅ A proven track record in leading and mentoring a small-to-medium team dedicated to Amazon account management (aspects like product development, launch, inventory, marketing, graphic design, PPC and social media).

✅ Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.

✅ Experience with hiring and building teams.

✅ Proficiency in using Seller Support, Brand Registry, and Amazon 3rd party tools (e.g., ScaleInsights, DataDive, Helium 10, H10, Datarova, JungleAce).

✅ In-depth understanding of Amazon Marketplace policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

✅ Expertise in devising and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes.

✅ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, demonstrating sound judgement in problem-solving and decision-making.

What’s in it for you?

💰 Earn a monthly salary of $3,500 - $4,000*

🌴 Fully remote

📈 Potential for salary growth as you expand your skills and responsibilities.

🌴 PTO: 20 days of vacation per year + 5 days of sick leave
