At Kantox, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our amazing Sales and hold an important role in the organisation 🚀

We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented Sales Development Representative fluent in English to help us open the market in the United States by generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts and quickly qualifying incoming leads

The BDR team is composed of international team members focusing on markets such as French, Benelux, DACH, Spain and UK.

Meet the team:

Your mission within Kantox

Reporting to the Team Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Being knowledgeable on how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises.
  • Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders from our targets accounts.
  • Qualifying inbound leads by utilising your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases.
  • Qualifying incoming leads (inbound) as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact.
  • Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce).

Who you are:

  • Bachelor in economics, finance or business administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and give a hand when needed
  • ands-on experience using multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling)
  • A highly organised professional who is a self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused professional
  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plus
  • Previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus
