Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer with hospitality SaaS experience to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between our cutting-edge hospitality software solutions and our valued clients, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute technical sales strategies for our hospitality SaaS products
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns
  • Work closely with the product development team to gather client feedback and contribute to product improvements
  • Assist in the implementation and onboarding process for new clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their technology needs
  • Create and deliver technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of SaaS platforms and hospitality software solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with SaaS product demonstrations and implementations
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and its unique technology needs
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and technologies
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Spanish) is a plus
