We are seeking an experienced HRIS, HR tools and technology leader with Oracle expertise to join Kaseya’s HR Team. This Director, HRIS is responsible for providing leadership in the design, implementation, administration and support of Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Oracle HCM applications, Oracle Analytics and leading an offshore HR Analytics and Support team. This individual will report to the VP, Global HR. The leader will work with both Kaseya IT, TheSelf-Service team and our Technology Partners responsible for ensuring that Oracle HCM operates optimally and continues to meet the evolving needs of the business globally.
Responsibilities
· Design, own and deliver Kaseya’s Global HRIS strategy and KPIs.
· Deliver world-class employee and manager self-service experience.
· Design and deliver leading workplace and workforce analytics, insights and reporting to ensure commercially aligned, performance-based decisions.
· Partner with HR leaders, IT and Finance to ensure global technology strategy alignment with business expectations and outcomes.
· Lead and own Oracle Transformational Project for HCM, including planning and implementation of system enhancements and future projects to improve functionality, efficiency, and user experience. deliver the implementation on time and on budget.
· Oversee the timely resolution of all Oracle HCM system incidents and requests, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
· Oversee regular system maintenance activities related to quarterly releases and configuration changes, minimizing disruptions to users.
· Ensure the Oracle HCM system adheres to all relevant regulatory and security requirements such as SOX and GDPR.
· Be a key strategic business partner to HR to drive their roadmap and demand through design and prioritization of solutions.
· Develop training materials and conduct workshops for HR staff and other stakeholders.
· End-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of Oracle HCM systems.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with a deep understanding of core HR processes.
· 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams. Preferred experience leading offshore support teams.
· Design thinking (or other user experience approach)
· Expertise in HRIS: Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management and additional modules as needed.
· A basic understanding of handling HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Loader), HCM Extract, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, and HCM data models and tables is highly preferable.
· Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in Cloud based implementations.
· Proven track record of successfully managing complex HCM system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
· Oracle HCM certification(s) is a plus.
