Vice President of Franchise Operations

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President of Franchise Operations to lead their franchise business towards growth and operational excellence. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire franchise operations system, ensuring that all franchise locations align with the company's objectives while providing exceptional service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall franchise operations strategy to support the growth and sustainability of the franchise network.
  • Provide leadership and direction for franchise partners, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational standards.
  • Monitor franchise performance through data analysis and regular evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Create training and support programs for franchisees to foster growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop programs that enhance brand awareness and drive sales across the franchise network.
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for operational challenges.
  • Proven experience in franchise operations or multi-unit management, ideally in the retail or food service industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving performance and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting data to inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
