Core responsibilities

As Senior Marketing Manager for the Girls Consumer Group at the LEGO Group, you will lead impactful campaigns that shape culture and drive business growth. Collaborating with various internal teams and our LEGO Agency, you will inspire the next generation of girls worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead the development of high priority, Big Bet Girls Audience campaigns, including brief creation, strategy, creative development, and asset delivery to markets.

  • Collaborate with market and channel colleagues to incorporate input during campaign development and ensure flawless execution across all channels.

  • Align with insights and portfolio teams to define campaign priorities and work with Retail and Shopper Marketing on the shopper aspect.

  • Manage the cross-functional business team daily, facilitating collaboration and consolidating feedback to advance the campaign development process.

  • Set clear important metrics and conduct outstanding After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate results and implement corrective measures.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, translating insights into strategic campaign decisions while advocating for the LEGO brand and Girls Vision.

Please note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • A degree in a business-related field, preferably Marketing, along with relevant experience or clear potential for promotion.

  • A proven track record in brand growth and successful campaign development, especially in modern communication channels such as Social Media, Gaming, and Influencers.

  • The ability to seamlessly move between strategy and execution while thriving in an agile, interconnected, matrixed organization.

  • A strong blend of commercial and creative skills, with a talent for turning consumer insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence partners at all levels.

  • A drive for marketing innovation, coupled with the curiosity to explore innovative approaches and the capability to manage multiple high-impact priorities under pressure.

  • A willingness to travel as needed (up to 10 days per year) and a keen attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Kids and/or Girls marketing.
