Project Impact:
The immediate impact will be helping the Mounjaro Team deliver on their commitment to help 3.3M Julias in 2025. We need to close the gap on the number of patients switching from Trulicity to Ozempic through digital channels. This is a long-term impact project as
the learnings here can apply to the growing CMH T2D & Obesity portfolio. Switching within a disease state within a portfolio is rarely a broad prioritized lever, so this project will set the baseline on what good looks like through campaign measurement (data) and minimal budget.

Ability to communicate and influence across a broad set of cross-functional partners. Prioritization of resources, speed to deliver within 8 weeks, and applicability to broader portfolio. Create a solid, simple, and executable campaign that moves Trulicity to Mounjaro switches > 80% vs Ozempic before the end of the year.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$43,000 - $100,320Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
