This role can be based in Mountain View or Sunnyvale.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Employee Communications team as Senior Manager II, Engineering Employee Communications. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic communication plans that inform, engage, and align employees within LinkedIn’s Engineering organization. You will work closely with senior Engineering leaders to ensure that key priorities, projects, organizational updates, and company initiatives are communicated clearly and effectively across all levels of the team.
Our ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a history of partnering with executive-level leaders, deep business acumen and highly creative communications skills, while being able to oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple projects. You should be passionate about using your communications and storytelling skills to amplify technology stories both within the Engineering organization and to our broader employee base. You should also have strong attention to detail, be open minded to adapt to news ideas, and an ability to work in a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence.

Minimum 9 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related experience AND 3 years of experience in Employee Communications
OR
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field AND minimum 6 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related experience AND minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Communications

The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $221,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
