We’re looking for an experienced intake coordinator/insurance authorizor (Market Lead Infusion Guide) -- who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care.
The Market Lead Infusion Guide will contribute to the company’s growth and quality through oversight of the intake efficiency and accuracy across their market, along with excellent customer and physician customer service. The Market Lead Infusion Guide will expertly resolve escalated intake issues, while mentoring and coaching Infusion Guide teammates and proactively providing guidance and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. The Market Lead Infusion Guide will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy.
In this role, you will:
Ensure accurate and urgent processing all aspects of chronic infusion referrals within their market, including benefit verification, financial counseling and authorizations
Proactively identifying and resolving barriers to growth
Verifying efficient and clear communication with patients and referral sources
Addressing intake escalations and day-to-day questions by Infusion Guides
Mitigating denials for high cost therapeutics
Conducting other tasks requested by Regional Managers, as needed

Health Care Experience Required
Prior Experience in Infusion is Preferred
Insurance Prior Authorization Experience
Medical Terminology Experience
Overall Medical Insurance Experience
Ability to quickly grasp new apps
Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Have intake efficency and accuracy
Location: Remote, with travel to centers for coverage and support as required
