This is a hybrid role, you would be working within the following time zone (UTC -1 / UTC+3) with a diverse group of employees working remotely and in-office from locations across Africa, the UK, and Europe. You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. As the leader on Talent Acquisition topics across our markets, regular time in our Nairobi HQ will be invaluable, along with occasional travel to our operations in locations such as South Africa, Nigeria, Uganda, etc.

Extensive Recruitment Experience: Proven background in recruiting with a strong track record of successful delivery demonstrated across various types of roles and industries, that should include core expertise in operational skill sets, e.g. smartphone/FMCG distribution, warehouse operations, frontline sales, stock control in a mix of operational and knowledge worker environments.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with various levels of management and diverse teams.
Innovative Thinking & Leadership: Ability to refine recruitment processes and implement innovative strategies that align with the company’s goals and values, guiding a strong TA team to deliver local and global solutions and projects eg interviewer training, referral campaign improvements, etc.
Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Agency: Previous recruitment agency success is highly desirable.
Managing: Experience managing a small team whilst remaining hands-on
