  • Develop custom, highly interactive user interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

  • Optimize performance and ensure smooth animations/interactions using modern frontend best practices.

  • Enhance user experience through motion and interaction design (Framer Motion, Lottie, or OpenGL is a plus).

  • Ensure accessibility and usability across all Tamber tools, making music creation more inclusive.

  • Contribute to frontend best practices, tooling, and component libraries to support future product growth.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development, focused on UI/UX implementation.

  • Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience with Shadcn and Tailwind CSS for building clean, modern UI components.

  • Ability to translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into high-performance, user-friendly experiences.

  • Understanding of component-based architecture and frontend state management.

  • Familiarity with motion design and interactive animations (Framer Motion, Lottie, or OpenGL experience is a plus).

  • Experience working closely with designers to refine UI interactions and usability.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail when implementing UI/UX.

  • Passion for music technology and an interest in improving tools for musicians.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with OpenGL, WebGL, or shader-based rendering for interactive music visuals.

  • Background in music production, DAWs, or other creative software.

  • Experience in performance profiling and frontend optimization.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
