Recruitment Consultant & Talent Sourcer

MadLab, the parent company of NurseRecruiter.com and Total Aviation Staffing, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for healthcare and aviation roles.
  • Use diverse sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract and engage qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from interviews to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage the hiring process, including offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Expertise in recruitment methods and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
