Office Administrator (Entry-Level, Flexible Hours)

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Legal Admin for our Kennesaw, GA office.

In-office, non-exempt position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a college student, as we offer flexible hours to accommodate school schedules. In-Offce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and distribute incoming mail
  • Notarize documents
  • Process incoming checks
  • Review and manage the "Settle in Full" report
  • Upload documents to our database
  • Perform other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to obtain a notary certification – (must be able to obtain a notary certification if not already certified)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate databases
  • Dependable and able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Prior office experience is a plus but not required
    • $15 - $17 per hour, based on experience
    • Flexible scheduling to accommodate students
