In this role, you will support Capital Leaders and Teams across Central & Eastern Europe and Africa countries in day-to-day operations and commercial activities. You’ll help ensure smooth business execution and cooperate with functions (Regulatory, Market Access, Marketing etc.) to excel the commercial performance and contribute to the company's success.

· Working hours: 30 - 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
· Collaborating with teams operating within a Capital Business
· Assisting in the analysis of complex challenges and contributing to the design of practical solutions
· Working closely with managers and employees on the implementation of these solutions
· Conducting research and evaluating data accuracy, while proposing improvements to better measure performance
· Supporting the coordination and monitoring of commercial operations, ensuring timely execution of tasks
· Contributing to project development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation efforts
· Providing support to the Capital Business Strategy by assisting Field Teams in achieving their goals.
Required Knowledge
· Pursuing Masters or Bachelors degree in Business, Economy or Management
· Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
· Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Eager to learn & develop
Would be a plus
· Interested in medical equipment and technology
· Interested in optimization and improvement work
· Strong verbal & written communication skills
