Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting the patient experience and clinical outcomes for Vivistim patients through high levels of engagement with patients, caregivers, providers, and rehabilitation facilities within an assigned geographic territory. These activities, partnered with the program building efforts of a Territory Manager, will result in the achievement of critical sales metrics. By leveraging their expertise and prior experiences as an Occupational or Physical Therapist, the TDS is critical in ensuring high patient satisfaction by supporting patients through the entire treatment pathways for Vivistim including patient and caregiver education, insurance coverage support, rehabilitation facility education and training, and device maintenance.
Primary Activities:
The keys to success listed here will lead to identified customers for Vivistim®’s Paired VNS™ Therapy. The TDS will provide education and assistance through the various phases of Paired VNS therapy. This position interacts extensively with other business functions within our organization to ensure the maximum clinical outcomes and complete satisfaction of our patients, physicians, and healthcare customers.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires daily travel within defined geography and may require business travel of up to 30% outside of defined geography. Occasional attendance at local and national industry meetings, trade shows, and sales meetings is also required.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Neuro-focused training background is strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
The compensation for this position is an annual base salary of $90,000-100,000 with additional opportunity to earn variable compensation.
