Financial Reporting Analyst

In this role you will ensure financial excellence across Natcast's operations by leading technical accounting initiatives and developing comprehensive financial reporting that supports America's semiconductor innovation mission.

Responsibilities:
Prepare external and internal financial reports and presentations
Conduct disclosure benchmarking against industry peers to support management's disclosure objectives while maintaining compliance requirements
Monitor, assess, and contribute to the implementation of new accounting pronouncements applicable to the company, partnering with stakeholders to analyze organizational impacts
Assist with technical accounting research and analysis on non-recurring or complex transactions
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
Work with external auditors, provide required support and address questions and follow ups timely
Improve our reporting process in our external reporting system, update and improve disclosure and reporting documentation for increased efficiency
Contribute to special projects or ad hoc tasks as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
Possess a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to develop and propose solutions based on a solid understanding of the accounting and disclosure requirements of US GAAP
4+ years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or in a technical accounting role at a public company
CPA license required
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and disclosure requirements under US GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel for analyzing large quantities of data and PowerPoint for creating clear and concise presentations
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to self-review work and deliver error-free results
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and propose solutions or alternatives in the face of ambiguity
Curiosity and motivation to learn, grow, and develop knowledge in unfamiliar areas
