As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with our C-Level and our top management, acting as a strategic partner to drive organizational efficiency and alignment. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, facilitate effective communication, and ensure successful implementation of our strategic objectives.

  • Financial Acumen & Investor Relations: Leverage business analytics and financial planning expertise to support fundraising processes, investor relations and company growth strategies.
  • Process Optimization & Execution: Streamline operations, manage cross-functional projects, and enhance organizational efficiency with measurable impact.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of Nelly’s product, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Provide insights on key players and navigate global markets, international teams, and a diverse customer base.
  • Leadership & Team Building: Champion company values and culture, lead without formal authority, and support emerging leaders in building high-performing teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to inform business strategies, assess complex problems, and drive decision-making with clear, actionable insights.
  • Legal & Regulatory Awareness: Stay ahead of compliance requirements relevant to Nelly’s industry and growth stage.
  • Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration: Build trust with C-Level executives, investors, and team leads, ensuring company-wide alignment and conflict resolution.


What you'll bring
  • Experience: 5+ years in a strategic role (e.g., Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or Strategy in a high-growth company), ideally in a FinTech.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and exceptional stakeholder management.
  • Execution & Ownership: Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to driving initiatives forward.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, and the ability to distill complex topics.
