JOB DESCRIPTION:
You’ll be joining a high-energy team and will be working directly with an onsite property management team to provide administrative and marketing support. Our team is requiring an intelligent, creative, self-starter individual who isn’t afraid to tackle projects both big and small.
To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about supporting a team and have an appetite for learning and growing. You must have graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva experience and the ability to be creative and think outside of the box. You must also be able to work with limited and/or general supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Lead the development and implementation of custom marketing programs and budgets for an exciting mixed-use assignment, including social media, advertising, events, digital marketing and other promotional initiatives.
Coordinate the development of creative tenant and community events.
Manage the development and procurement of a variety of print and electronic marketing initiatives and deliverables, working with in-house teams, tenants, surrounding properties/property owners and managers, community facilitators, etc.
Serve as liaison between brokers, clients, in-house creative and research teams, administrative support, and vendors.
Work with the team on updating property social media and website.
Manage the organization and deployment social media campaign.
Create presentations for signage, consulting, research projects, etc. using Newmark branded templates.
Contribute to the coordination and execution of communications, social media and public relations programming, as well as event production and trade show participation.
Establish strong, trust-based working relationships with tenants, brokers, pm teams and marketing members, corporate management, regional leaders, and Newmark brokers and their assistants regionally.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and/or Marketing preferred, or 1-3 years’ relevant work experience
Relevant experience with the marketing of urban retail, office, industrial or within mixed-use commercial/residential properties.
Knowledge of the Phoenix surrounding suburban real estate markets, as well as other key national urban markets.
Prior experience with positions that are outward facing.
Ability to think outside of the box to find new and innovative ways to market urban retail.
Creative problem solver regarding marketing and leasing issues.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to prioritize, organize, lead, and/or manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a highly effective and creative way.
Ability to successfully interact and work with senior management.
