You’ll handle their work-related calendars, correspondence, and administrative tasks, all while ensuring seamless communication across various internal and external teams.
This role requires exceptional organization, the ability to anticipate needs, and the ability to communicate effectively. You'll play an important role in streamlining operations and helping your client achieve success without taking on management responsibilities or representing them in meetings.

At Oceans, you’ll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you’re continuously growing and developing in your career.

As an Executive Assistant, your vertical focus will be on professional administration, ensuring smooth operations through efficient scheduling, communication, and task management. Your horizontal focus will span organizational efficiency, stakeholder management, and proactive problem-solving, enabling you to adapt to different demands and support your client effectively.

At Oceans, we build remote teams that connect the world’s top 1% of talent with visionary leaders. With us, you’re not just doing a job—you’re redefining your career with opportunities that are designed to unlock your potential.
