The role

As an Analytics Manager, your mandate is to create a next generation analytics platform. This role will impact OnePay's vision by enabling the company to monitor and analyze business leading to sustainable and disciplined business outcomes. You will work closely with many teams including Data Engineering, Product Analytics, Data Science, Product and analysts across the company. The position reports to Head of Analytics

This role is responsible for: 

  • Developing and maintaining our analytical environment including data marts that drive actionable analytics insights across the company

  • Building data solutions including new pipelines, dashboards, data marts and ad hoc data pulls to address business asks coming from variety of stakeholders

  • Setting the vision for the use of analytics across the enterprise and evangelizing a data driven philosophy for decision making.

  • Leading and developing a team of high performing analytics engineers to achieve the above

  • Additional duties as assigned by your manager

You bring

  • Expert Career (5-10 Years);  Preferred  3+ years of experience in consumer financial companies.

  • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.

  • Experience with modern data stack (Databricks / DBT / Monte Carlo or equivalents)

  • Experience in owning growing and mature analytical environments

  • Proven ability to work cross functionally across business to identify data needs and deliver right sized outcomes

Pay Transparency

The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000. Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, location and job duties / requirements of the specific position.
