  • Provide excellent customer support to Nordic-speaking users of the online marketplace through phone, email, and chat.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and address complex customer needs.
  • Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and platform updates to provide informed assistance.
  • Gather and report user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.
  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
