Über unseren Kunden

Unser Kunde ist ein HR-Tech B2B SaaS-Unternehmen und verkauft and Klein- und Mittelgrosse Unternehmen in den Branchen Hospitality, Retail, Gesundheitswesen und andere Kleinbetriebe. Das Unternehmen wurde 2014 gegründet und ist seitdem eigenfinaziert auf EUR ~20 Millionen ARR im DACH Markt gewachsen. Jetzt wurde eine strategische Private Equity Finanzierung abgeschlossen und in den nächsten 3-5 Jahren soll der Umsatz auf EUR ~50 Millionen skaliert werden. Das Unternehmen ist im zweistelligen Prozentbereich profitabel und wächst vor allem aus dem eigenen Cashflow.

Das derzeitige Marketing Team besteht aus 12 Mitarbeitern und einem Performance Marketing, Content und Brand & Communications-Team, die hauptsächlich auf Inbound-Umsatzgenerierung fokussiert sind.

Das Ziel ist es zusätzlich eine Wachstumssystematik in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt- und Sales-Team zu schaffen um proaktiv den Umsatz jährlich von 30-50% zu steigern.

Die Herausforderung

  • Definition der Marketing & Growth Strategie und des Plans um die Wachstumsziele von EUR ~25 Millionen auf EUR ~50 Millionen in 3-5 Jahren zu erreichen sowie das Testen & Iterieren verschiedener Kanäle um Momentum aufzubauen.

  • Umsetzung der Marketingstrategien und Growth-Experimenten, einschließlich Leadgenerierung und Lead-Konversion sowie Conversion Rate Optimierung.

  • Leitung und etablieren eines Growth Marketing Mindsets des +12-Köpfigen Marketing Teams.

  • Förderung von Führungskräften der ersten Ebene im Team, um zukünftige leitende Führungskräfte innerhalb unserer Organisation zu werden, sowie kontinuierliches Wachstum und Skalierung des Teams durch die Einstellung und Entwicklung hervorragender Talente.

  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Sales, Produkt und der Geschäftsführung, um einen bedeutenden Einfluss auf den Markt zu erzielen und das Geschäft auszubauen.

  • Relevanter Track-Record in umsetzungsstarken Wachstumsunternehmen

  • 10 Jahre+ Erfahrung im Bereich (Online-) Marketing oder Growth Marketing

  • +3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Rolle mit Personalverantwortung

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich SaaS mit und kennst die Herausforderungen im (SMB) B2B Marketing

  • Unternehmerische Denkweise

  • Starke Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Daten Analyse und Marktforschung. Insbesondere auch handfeste Erfahrung mit den damit in Verbindung stehenden Tools wie CRM, Analytics- und SEO-Tools

  • Starkes Interesse an dem Endnutzer sowie an dem Produkt, dass du vermarktest

  • Gutes Wissen in den angrenzenden Bereichen Branding, Sales & Customer Success Wünschenswert
