The Opportunity 

 

PwC is a leading global practice in Tax, Assurance and Advisory, offering a wide range of professional services to major clients worldwide, and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization. 

Our Export Delivery Center (EDC), based in Bucharest, provides Accounting and Tax Compliance support services to clients across the global PwC Network. 

We are currently looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate. 

In this role you would be working to support the HR Team from a PwC Western Europe firm with their day-to-day activities, as listed below. 

 

 
What you will be doing 

 

  • Set up leaving interviews for Managers – Directors. 

  • Support our Knowledge Sharing and Operational Meeting, agenda, recording and writing minutes, room bookings. 

  • Meeting coordination and organization (scheduling bigger meetings with more than 4 participants). 

  • Responsible for the HR BP folder structure. 

  • Access management, SharePoint and team folders for HR Business Partners. 

  • Ad hoc support for different presentations (e.g. GPS, GDS etc). 

  • Ad hoc requests, reporting. 

 

 

What we need from you 

 

  • Ideally you have a higher professional education in HR, Business Administration, International Business Management or similar. 

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in general administration (Personal Assistant) or HR administration role. 

  • Advanced proficiency in MS365 (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS CoPilot), Workday. 

  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools MS teams. 

  • Strong organizational skills (e.g. organizing meetings, HR Events) 

  • Proficiency in Outlook, setting up meetings/events 

  • Ability to adapt to new tools efficiently. 

  • You can communicate confidently in English; German / French are a plus. 

  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting. 

  • Ready to roll with new tech and tasks. 

  • A collaborative team player with a keen intellectual curiosity. 

  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data. 

  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to (repetitive) work. 

  • Ability to manage tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy. 

  • Open-minded and receptive to feedback.
