We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation team at Mercer. This role will be based in the Atlanta office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Executive Rewards/Compensation Consultant, you will help companies of all sizes and across all industries solve their greatest challenges by designing and implementing workforce strategies that attract and retain top talent.
We will count on you to:
- Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs that address clients’ attraction and retention needs.
- Provide consulting services to senior management on a variety of remuneration issues, including competitiveness of pay, performance measurement, and governance and regulatory implications.
- Design short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce the clients’ strategic objectives.
- Provide consulting services on broader Human Capital issues and/or market trends.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years' relevant work experience in human resources/management consulting (with specific experience in executive compensation) with a professional services firm.
- Experience consulting with leading public and private companies in a variety of industries on compensation strategy development, competitive pay evaluation, pay/performance links, incentive program design (annual and long-term), equity strategy, change in control planning, mergers and acquisitions, board compensation, and other issues.
