SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will support our growth initiatives through hands-on execution of marketing campaigns and technical marketing operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into data, building landing pages, and crafting email campaigns. You will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Director.  

Full-time - 100% remote - Location: USA, UK

  • This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of [the USA or UK] for this position. 

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. We're growing fast and need a marketing operations specialist to manage our campaigns, build landing pages, and handle our marketing operations so we can move quickly and scale efficiently. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll make an impact on your team by:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish

  • Design and build high-converting landing pages using Webflow

  • Maintain and optimize our email database, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation

  • Pull and compile marketing data from multiple sources for reporting

  • Set up A/B tests across landing pages and email campaigns

  • Support campaign tracking and analytics implementation

  • Assist in developing and maintaining our marketing dashboards

  • Execute technical marketing operations tasks

ABOUT YOU

  • 4-8 years of digital marketing experience with proven hands-on campaign management

  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages in Webflow

  • Proven track record managing email marketing campaigns and automation

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for technical marketing tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently

  • Previous startup experience

  • Experience with additional marketing tools (Apollo, Clearbit, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization

  • Experience with marketing automation workflows

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

  • Experience with A/B testing tools

  • Basic understanding of JavaScript

You'll join our lean marketing team of three, working directly with the Director of Marketing and collaborating closely with our Events Manager and Content Specialist to execute and scale our marketing initiatives.
