Marketing Lead - Growth

Location: New York

Role Overview: As the first marketing hire at ReflectionAI, you will be responsible for building and leading our growth marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a deep tech company at the forefront of AI and developer tools. You will work on marketing strategy with our Head of Growth and own marketing execution—working across brand, product marketing, and demand generation—with a strong focus on reaching software engineers and enterprise buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, targeting developers and enterprises.

  • Own all aspects of growth marketing including digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, community engagement, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Collaborate closely with the product, sales, and leadership teams to align messaging, refine positioning, and support pipeline generation.

  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and conversion across different buyer personas.

  • Create compelling technical and product-focused content tailored for software engineers, CTOs, and enterprise decision-makers.

  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing programs and iterate based on data and feedback.

  • Lay the foundation for a high-performing marketing function including tools, analytics, and hiring future team members.

Qualifications:

  • 5-15 years of marketing experience with a strong background in growth marketing and demand generation.

  • Proven success marketing technical products to software engineers and enterprise stakeholders.

  • Experience working at early-stage startups, scale-ups, or developer-first companies.

  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and positioning skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear value propositions.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.

  • Highly entrepreneurial with a bias toward action and experimentation.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in AI, ML, DevTools, or B2B SaaS.

  • Technical background or deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

  • Network within the developer ecosystem or experience growing technical communities.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $150k to $200k, depending on experience, skills, and location. Total compensation may also include equity and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is a good-faith estimate and may vary based on individual qualifications and market conditions.
