Who we are: The Content and Social Media team plan, manage and execute video projects, optimizing video content for Peel’s digital and social media channels to drive engagement and awareness, building trust and confidence with the public.

In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
It's important to note that your off-site work location must be within the province of Ontario. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for analyzing video performance on YouTube and optimizing the content for increased visibility. If you have a university degree in video production or a related field coupled with three to five years of industry experience, you’re off to a great start. Bring your advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite and your creative vision to the table, and help us connect meaningfully with the public.
