Role Overview:
As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for adapting our product designs into engaging marketing materials, ensuring consistency across different platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create visually appealing assets that support our storytelling and enhance brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Sales Collateral: Adapt and refine our product designs for marketing materials, including slides, sales demos, social media content, and promotional videos.

  • Presentation & Deck Design: Assist in the design of slides, pitch decks, and sales materials across all product lines to ensure a cohesive and polished visual narrative.

  • Website & Landing Pages: Oversee design-related tasks for our website and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency and an engaging user experience.

  • Brand Translation: Work on translating Pentagram's design elements across various non-product-related materials to maintain a strong brand identity company-wide.

  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with company goals and ensure all marketing assets reflect Reka’s brand and messaging effectively.

  • Quality Control: Maintain high visual and design standards across all creative assets, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and brand coherence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a tech or B2B environment.

  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools.

  • Presentation Expertise: Strong experience in designing Google Slides.

  • Brand & Aesthetic Sensibility: Understanding of corporate branding and the ability to adapt existing product design elements into marketing materials.

  • Web & Digital Design: Familiarity with web design best practices, UI/UX principles, and tools such as Framer, Squarespace, WordPress is a plus.

  • Creative & Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling graphics.
