We are seeking an experienced Business Developer – Tech Recruitment to drive growth and establish strong client relationships within the UK tech recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to grow the company’s tech recruitment market share in the UK.
Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and trends in tech talent acquisition.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including C-suite executives and hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing contracts.
Serve as the primary contact for high-value clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to align client requirements with hiring strategies.
Conduct market research and analyse performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: 5+ years in tech recruitment within a recruitment agency environment (this is non-negotiable).
Industry Background: Prior agency recruitment experience is essential.
Expertise: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth in tech recruitment.
Skills Required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience with a history of managing teams.
Proficiency in ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms.
