Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-level property and accounts-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct client meetings and handle professional phone communications.
Utilise advanced Excel skills to analyse and manage data effectively.
Oversee property management processes, ensuring smooth operations.
Provide clients with clear and professional guidance throughout Freehold acquisition processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to property and accounts management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in accounts management and/or property management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional and corporate demeanour.
Experience with UK property law or legal processes is an advantage but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Immediate availability is essential.
