Position Overview

Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements tailored to client needs.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Build strong relationships and oversee candidate transitions throughout the recruitment process.
Market Insights and Opportunity Identification

Research and share insights on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
Provide salary benchmarks and skill demand analysis to assist clients and team members.
Support business development by identifying potential leads and sharing knowledge-driven strategies.
Administrative and Compliance Support

Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and meet compliance standards.
