Essential
Ritual is seeking a data-driven and experienced Creative Strategist to join our Growth team and lead the development of performance-driven creative across paid media channels. This role will be responsible for concepting, testing, and optimizing high-performing ad creative to drive growth while ensuring a structured, data-informed approach to creative iteration. Sitting at the intersection of Growth and Creative, this position requires both strategic thinking and analytical rigor to bridge creative vision with performance insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, resilient, and a fast learner. You will report to the Senior Manager of Growth and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Creative, Brand, Customer Insights, Influencer, Affiliate, Digital Product, and more to develop best-in-class performance creative.
