The Position
The DC Recruitment and Engagement Manager is a full-time exempt position on Rocketship DC’s Regional Team. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the school’s team with new family recruitment efforts and creating a welcoming and seamless transition for families to our schools. This critical position will develop and execute the vision for the new family experience of our schools in the DC Region.
This position supports the execution of recruitment strategies, including canvassing, community organizing, and directly engaging with families. This position requires flexibility of schedule, including willingness to occasionally work weekend and evening hours as events demand. This position is managed by the Director of Enrollment and Partnerships.
