Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Sales Administration team to ensure the smooth processing of sales transactions and support our sales teams in their administrative needs.


Your mission will be to manage sales administration tasks efficiently in order to optimize the sales cycle and enhance customer satisfaction.


YOUR FUTURE TEAM: 


We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.


You will be part of a team of 7 people, working closely with the Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams to facilitate order processing and customer interactions.


YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:


>Process and validate customer orders in accordance with company policies.

>Ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

>Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.

>Support sales teams with administrative tasks (contract management, order follow-ups, etc.).

>Act as a point of contact for internal departments regarding sales transactions.

>Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to billing and order processing.

>Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.

Team player with a proactive approach.


💻 Hard Skills:

Proficiency in CRM and ERP tools (Salesforce, SAP, or similar).

Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of sales administration and customer service.

Strong analytical skills to track sales data and improve processes.

French speaker is required


Profile:

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Management Commercial & Customer Relations (MCRC), Administrative Management, or Commercial Management.

BTS NDRC (Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Clients).

BTS MUC (Management des Unités Commerciales).

DUT TC (Techniques de Commercialisation).
