The Senior Content Account Executive works on SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts to uncover business requirements, develop a sales strategy, and create an effective presentation and demonstration that addresses customer requirements. This role works in a fast-paced, high-energy market segment and the Sr. Content Account Executive should be able to successfully balance multiple sales opportunities

How You Will Impact Schoox

  • Gather business requirements and develop presentations and demonstrations to highlight how and why Schoox’s solution would suit the customer better than the competitor’s products 
  • Create new prospects, qualify opportunities, demonstrate capabilities, develop proposals, and close sales opportunities 
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns into your territory assignment 
  • Build customer relations through sales and follow-up calls and product presentation/demonstrations
  • Respond effectively to RFPs
  • Leads all aspects of the sales process
  • Sells the complete offering of content products and services to assigned opportunities.
  • Exceed quota assignment 
  • Ensures a seamless transition of customer responsibility to Content Account and Renewal Managers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Learning Management, Content Management, and Human Capital Management industry
  • Must be a self-starter who assumes responsibility, recognizes problems, provides well thought-out solutions and takes initiatives to fix them
  • Participate in all product, sales, and process training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective

  • Must have excellent communication skills and analytical skills and be comfortable in representing content solutions and speaking to operational and technical executives alike
  • Aggressive, hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive
  • Consistent overachiever by exceeding sales targets
  • High Energy & Positive Attitude
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years with sales experience, preferably in the Learning & Development industry

Compensation

At Schoox, fair compensation practices aren’t just about checking off the box for legal compliance. It’s about living out our value of transparency with our employees, candidates, and community.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $130,000yr to $140,000/yr.
