We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts, develop key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, go-to-market strategy, and sales management, preferably in the legal or tech industry. You will be responsible for crafting and executing sales and market-entry strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and establishing our brand presence in the legal industry.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential customers.
Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and the sales process
Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with prospective clients.
Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
Provide strategic insights and feedback to the product team to enhance product-market fit.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Develop partnerships and alliances that support market expansion and product adoption.
Manage a growing sales team at a high growth startup
5+ years of experience in B2B sales with experience managing a sales team
Proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion.
Strong understanding of the legal industry and its challenges (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to sales and market entry.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000
