We are seeking multiple Expeditors (materials specialist) to join our teams in Binghamton, NY and Rochester, NY.

How will you contribute to the team?

Support the project manager, construction manager and commission manager sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, tracking, expediting, managing materials and equipment manufacturing process and delivery to storage areas and project sites

Verification of Bill of Materials
Supplier Identification
Commodity Lead Time Analysis
Order Acknowledgements
Expediting delivery
Materials Management
Communication to Project Managers regarding material schedules.
Quality control
Vendor Damage Claim Management

What will you contribute?

Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) 5 years of experience in Materials Management positions.
Technical degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
SAP Super User.
Experience in the functional area under which it will be contracted: Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro and OSG.

Expected compensation range is between $65,000 - $74,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.

Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
