Leading Billion-Dollar Asset Management Firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking new Full-Time/Permanent Senior Executive Assistant to support the Head of North American Distribution (Private Wealth). This is a newly created position/add to staff role as the firm is performing very well and growing as a result! The Executive is based in San Francisco but is in the New York Office approximately once a week. Ideal candidates should be polished and professional, extremely flexible, proactive, team-oriented, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing schedules. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team with room for professional and compensation growth down the road!• Salary depends on experience (100-120k base), plus discretionary bonus (20% target).• Unlimited PTO (use and don’t abuse policy), multiple benefit options, 401k (no match), free breakfast and lunch in the office, etc.• Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, with flexibility as needed. Hybrid work schedule (Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote).Responsibilities:• Schedule and organize extensive client and prospect meetings with the team, working with clients, prospects, and internal assistants to coordinate meetings; send all calendar invites and book conference rooms; manage, prioritize, and maintain a busy and ever-changing calendar.• Prepare and distribute materials for external client and prospect meetings.• Coordinate heavy and complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries; assist with filing related expense reports.• Track and follow up on outstanding correspondence.• Assist Private Wealth admin team as needed with various team projects and needs.• Ad hoc team projects and duties as needed.Requirements/Qualifications:• Minimum 5-8+ years of high-level executive administrative support experience.• Prior administrative experience in financial services a plus.• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred/required.• Must be experienced in Outlook and Microsoft Office.• International travel booking experience.• Must be detail-oriented and able to balance competing priorities.• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills.• Must be proactive, stay on top of the executive, and be able to work independently.• Must possess team-oriented, “no task is too big or small” mentality, and be willing to wear many hats.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionOur teams, comprised of subject matter experts, develop an interest in your preferences and goals and we act as an advisor for your career advancement.
